On the job training is a practical approach to acquiring new competencies and skills needed for a job in a real working environment linked with employment contract in cooperation between OPAL and different Companies, funded by the Ministry of Labor for a period from 6 to 12 months in the field of accounting and human resources with a continues support and follow up by OPAL.
